Dr. Rahman grew up on the Great Plaines of Oklahoma and Kansas. She chose Purdue for her undergraduate degree and Rush University in Chicago for her medical degree. She did her psychiatric residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Dr. Rahman is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and has practiced clinical and academic medicine in Illinois and Oklahoma. At the University of Oklahoma she held a position as Assistant Professor. Dr. Rahman will accept patients 16 years old and older. In her spare time Dr. Rahman enjoys indulging her passion for music by singing and playing the cello.

Kate Foley is the founder of The Summit Center for Mental Health. For the past 23 years she has been in private practice where she is an expert in the treatment of physical, sexual and emotional abuse. She has extensive experience working with eating disorders and especially working with individuals who are compulsive overeaters. Kate aids her clients in dealing with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety and other mood disorders. She is a recognized expert in treatment for adult children from abusive, alcoholic or other dysfunctional homes and she has developed intense weekend workshops to help those individuals heal. Kate also trains other professionals to work with addictions, codependency and marital and family difficulties.
